When You Arrive
Once you arrive, please wait in the lobby and text your esthetician to let her know you're here. If you don't hear back right away, she's likely finishing up with a client — she'll message you when she's ready for you to come up to the second floor. Only the client may come into the suite; a plus-one is welcome to wait in the lobby downstairs.
Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations incur a $30 non-refundable fee, and new clients who no-show their first visit will be unable to rebook. Thank you for respecting the schedule!
